Einige erinnern mich an „work hacks“ bzw.
Zuerst geht es um „bottom-up learning“ („the perspective of the individual“:
– Practice metacognition and mindfulness;
– Maintain a to-learn list;
– Use tech-enabled tips as you work
– Calendarize dedicated learning time into your work schedule
– Subscribe to a small number of high-quality, hyper-relevant newsletters;
– Contribute actively, expertly, and kindly to a learning channel where work actually happens.
Dann folgt „top-down learning“ („the perspective of the corporate“):
– Make sure corporate knowledge systems are accurate and easy to use;
– Share content internally;
– Leverage APIs to bring content to the workplace;
– Devote a channel in your corporate communications software to learning;
– Consider a conversational or chat interface;
– Place learning in the inbox.
